Who can help plan my event?
You can have as many people involved as you would like. However, we ask for one point of contact who we will work with on everything from beginning to the end. We cannot allow anyone to get involved at the end of the planning stages who is not up to speed on everything.
Can I store my stuff at the venue before the wedding?
If the conference room is available, we can store some items. If you need a refrigerator, you can rent our walk-in fridge with advance notice.

Anytime after 10am on your event date. Just arrange the set up with us in advance.
When should I have my decorations removed after the event?
We ask that all decorations are removed the same evening of the event. We must be able to set up for the next event in the venue, which may be as soon as the next morning.

Guests must vacate the venue within 15 minutes of the event end time.
