Catering Information

  We welcome caterers to serve food for events at Beaumont Hotel.  We just ask that all caterers are licensed and insured
​and that the food they serve comes from a commercial kitchen.  
Caterers should take care of anything food-related.  This includes cooking and serving dishes and utensils, serving trays and serving tables.  
We have some of these items listed available for rent.  
Some caterers provide tableware but you can also rent ours or bring your own.

Caterers are also responsible for providing all foodservice staffing, setup and cleanup that relates to their food service.  
This includes bussing tables and cleaning up anything related to their food service.  

Please ask us before you hire a caterer because there are some caterers that cannot work at our venue.
We also ask that if your caterer hasn't worked at Beaumont Hotel before that they tour the facility to see the area where they will be working.

Caterers can rent our commercial kitchen for $500. 
​To have access to the kitchen, caterers must possess a Retail Food License and be insured.

We provide all drinks and take care of anything drink-related.  Glassware is included.
