Liquor laws require that we must provide all alcohol and beverages at any event held on the premises and we must serve all beverages in the common areas of the building. 
No beverages or alcohol may leave the premises or be brought into the event.
A $1000 minimum is required.   20% gratuity will be added to all beverage charges.

Your reception begins when the bar opens and ends when the bar closes.  The bar must be open during the entire event.

Our bar is fully stocked with common products, if you have a request for a certain liquor, beer, wine, that we do not normally carry, charges will vary based on the product.  

At events with open bars, we usually offer two house red wines and two house white wines ($10.00/glass). 
Our house wines are rotated seasonally, depending on what is popular at the time of the event.

Our bar offers Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite and the usual other mixers.  Again - we can get just about anything - just ask.  
​We can get any type of beer you would like by the case as long as it is distributed in this area.

Special Ordered Wines will vary, you may have to purchase by the case at our retail price. Special Orders cannot be taken off the premises but can be consumed as a hotel guest in your room or at the event.

Champagne Toast
If you would like to provide a Champagne Toast for your guests, you may do so for $75 per 10 guests.  
​Sparkling cider will be provided for minors and non-alcohol drinkers.  
We will use your final guest count rounded up to the nearest 10.

Ceremony Champagne
$75 per 10 guests, this is offered at the entrance by one of our staff to all your guest for the wedding ceremony,
and we will also have glasses and champagne set up for the wedding party to enjoy while they wait to walk down the aisle.
Sparkling Cider will be provided for minors and non-alcohol drinkers.
We will use your final guest count rounded to the nearest 10.

Rehearsal Champagne
$75 per 10 guests, we will have a champagne table set up near your rehearsal area with one of our staff serving you and your wedding party.
Sparkling Cider will be provided for minors and non-alcoholic drinkers.
We will use your final guest count rounded to the nearest 10.

Champagne Service for the Bride and Bridesmaids in their dressing room
Depending on how many are in your party, and how many bottles of champagne is requested, we will deliver this to you on a silver platter (literally).

Groom & Groomsmen Service
Depending on how many are in your party, and the drinks requested,
we will open our historic lounge upstairs with your own private bartender for the groom and groomsmen to hang before the wedding.

​Open Bar 
All guests can order anything they want and hosts cover cost. (Bartender included)
Bartenders are included with the Open Bar selection. With all other choices, they are $75/each hour.

Dollar Limit 
Once the bar hits a certain predetermined limit, guests pay for their drinks. If you go with this option, we recommend that you give your guest a last call before the bar goes to cash bar. We can determine a dollar limit that this last call needs to be made for this option.

Drink Tickets 
A predetermined number of tickets are purchased at $10 each and guests redeem them at the bar for drinks.
This includes Level 1 option, All Beers, 0% Beers, Mocktails, and House Wine (Level 2 or 3 options and special orders excluded).
No refunds for unused tickets. Sodas and similar drinks will be provided by the wedding party/Event Host and paid for at the end of the event.

Limited Bar 
Hosts pay for only certain predetermined drinks and guests pay for anything else.

Open Bar required for parties of 50 or less with a $1000.00 minimum plus 20% gratuity.
All of our options require a $1000 minimum plus the 20% gratuity.
Bartenders are $75/each/hour on all options except for Open Bar, and not included in the minimum rate requirement.

Parties that are 50-99 will require two bartenders, 100+ will require 3 bartenders. Automatic Gratuity for bartenders is 20%.
